1. Shipping:

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.


Our standard policy for order processing is 1-2 business days. This means that it may take up to 2 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. However, we always try to process orders as quickly as possible.


Once your order has been processed, we will ship it out to you using our Express shipping service with (DHL or Fedex), which typically takes 5-7 business days or less. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.


We always do our best to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please keep in mind that shipping times may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Custom Stealth Plates take longer to process, due to printing & drying, before shipping out. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.


Please note: Before you make a purchase, be aware of the personal purchase limit & customs fees set by your country. If your order exceeds this limit, you will need to arrange for a broker to clear your package through customs. (continued section 6)


2. Warranty

All Stealth Plates have a 1 year warranty valid from date received. Once you receive your Stealth Plate, please inspect within 7 days, in case of any product damage during transit. If your Stealth Plate is damaged, or malfunctions in any way. We will send you a replacement at no charge!

For claims, please contact us and send us a video to 510autogroup@gmail.com showing the issue/malfunction including your order number.

3. Returns & Refund

We stand by our commitment to your satisfaction with our products and services. Please note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or malfunctions within 1 year. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or refund. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Please carefully review your purchase before completing your transaction. We cannot accept exchanges or refunds for non-defective items or fitment issues, so please ensure that you check all item specs and sizes before placing your order.

If you wish to have a refund for a damaged product, instead of accepting a replacement then:

  • We do not accept returns. Please do not ship back any product.
  • Refund will be made for the Product cost & Shipping cost.
  • If you paid through PayPal, you will be responsible to pay for the fee, when refunded. (we will deduct the amount from the refund)
  • If Customs removes or damages a returning product(s) during the course of an inspection or delivery delay of any kind, you’ll need to contact them directly to start a damage or loss claim, as we are unable to speak with them on your behalf nor are we able to reimburse you in any way for damage or loss that they may cause.
  • Stealth Plates fit most makes & models. Please check frame fitment with your car before placing an order. Refunds are not eligible if there are fitment issues with your vehicle/motorcycle. 

4. Restricted Items

As regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.

Unfortunately, we do not issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by customs.

5. Errors in Address

If you make an address error on your order, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been processed by the shipping company. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order or if your local post office tries to contact you for address verification and such. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we'll only be able to refund you for the cost of merchandise only if undamaged. 

6. Customs Fees / Seizures

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees. These fees are determined by the customs authorities in your country, and we have no control over them.

Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions before ordering. Our shipping costs including DHL/Fedex express shipping fees only. We do not charge any pre-customs fees on orders. All customs fees/import taxation is responsible by the buyer.

In the event that you refuse to pay any customs fees or clearance process. Customs will seize as we do not accept returns.

We cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders (including wholesale orders) seized, damaged, or destroyed by Customs.

7. Lost Packages

Although it is rare for international orders to get lost or delayed, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country and depending on the shipping method you chose, international orders can take up to 60 days to clear customs. An international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 60 days from the date of shipment with no proof that it has arrived your country or the country's customs. We encourage you to follow up with your local post office, as we do not contact overseas post office, using the tracking number that was provided by us via DHL Express or Fedex Express. Once a package is in the couriers hands, it's there full responsibility. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact the courier directly and provide them with the tracking number and shipping status.

8. Stolen or Missing Packages

All packages shipped from 510 Auto Group through DHL or Fedex request a signature at delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package(s) at delivery. The courier will reschedule a delivery date/time. If for any reason, unusual, a courier drops off the package at your door without proof of signature. It is their full responsibility to resolve any lost or stolen packages. Once a package is in the couriers hands, it's there full responsibility to request for a signature at the delivery time. In the event your order has been stolen or missing, you must contact the courier directly and provide them with the tracking number and shipping status.

Please contact your local DHL or Fedex office to file a claim. 

9. Fraud

Don't even think about it. Our fraud team will catch you, and we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. If you feel that your account has been inaccurately marked as fraudulent, please contact us immediately and we’ll work quickly to sort it out. 

10. Violation of laws

Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, fines, or penalties incurred by your order due to a violation of law. Stealth Plates sold at 510autogroup.com are intended for off-road use only such as auto events, track events, photoshoots, and videoshoots. Do not use the Stealth Plates while driving on public roads.


11. Becoming an Authorized Dealer

Want to become an Authorized Stealth Plates Dealer? Easy, and no strings attached! 510autogroup.com provides wholesale discounts with a minimum purchase of 5 plates. You will not be an exclusive dealer. You are allowed to sell the plates at whatever price you want. When placing an order, we require the full payment. Once the payment is received we will ship your order. For all other questions, please email us at 510autogroup@gmail.com.

12. Dropshipping Program

If you have an online business running, but you're not ready to become an Authorized Dealer and hold inventory, No worries. We now provide dropshipping to online businesses. You are also allowed to sell the plates at whatever price you want.

Due to running on Shopify platform, we currently don't have a system to integrate API with your website. Therefore, when a customer places an order on your website, you will have to manually place that same order on our website. We will share with you the shipping & tracking information.

13. Disclaimer

510autogroup.com cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products. However, please note that the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed additional fees. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. By ordering from 510autogroup.com, you agree to our policies above. 510autogroup.com reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
