Shipping & Processing
All Stealth Plates ship via DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx Express with an average transit time of 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before tracking information is dispatched to you by email.
Customs fees may apply depending on your country's import regulations. If your order exceeds the duty-free threshold, you will be contacted directly by your local courier to arrange payment of any applicable fees. 510 Auto Group does not charge customs or import duties. The shipping fee collected at checkout covers priority shipping only.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in your package being seized or destroyed. Please note: we do not receive items returned by customs, and no refund will be issued in such cases. All products ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Custom Stealth Plate Curtains require additional processing time due to printing and curing. Please allow up to 7 business days before shipment.
Regional Shipping Surcharge & Free Shipping Exclusions
Due to ongoing geopolitical disruptions and elevated operational risk in certain regions, our carriers — DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx — are currently applying mandatory surcharges on all shipments to and from the following countries. These surcharges are carrier-imposed and are not within our control.
Orders shipping to any of the countries listed below are excluded from all free shipping promotions, regardless of order value or any active discount. A shipping fee will apply at checkout for all destinations in this list.

Import Regulations
Import regulations vary by country and are subject to change without notice. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that the ordered products are permitted in their country prior to placing an order.
510 Auto Group does not issue refunds of any kind for orders that are seized, restricted, or destroyed by customs as a result of local import regulations.
Address Errors & Delivery Timing
Orders are processed promptly after placement. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. 510 Auto Group is not responsible for delays, additional fees, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If an address error results in a package being rejected, returned, or destroyed, no refund or replacement will be issued.
510 Auto Group cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Transit times of 3–5 business days are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. If you are relocating or have a time-sensitive situation, please ensure your shipping address will remain valid for the full duration of the delivery window before placing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify delivery details on our end. Any address updates or delivery arrangements after shipment must be handled directly with the courier — DHL, UPS, or FedEx — using your tracking number.
Customs Seizure
Customers are responsible for understanding their country's import restrictions prior to ordering. 510 Auto Group cannot issue refunds of any kind — including on wholesale orders — for packages seized, damaged, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Lost Packages
International shipments are occasionally subject to extended customs clearance periods. An order will not be considered lost until 60 days have elapsed from the shipment date with no confirmed arrival in the destination country.
Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking number provided and to follow up directly with their local DHL or FedEx office. Once a package is in the courier's possession, all responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. In the event of a lost package, customers must contact the courier directly with their tracking number and shipment details.
Stolen or Missing Packages
All shipments from 510 Auto Group via DHL or FedEx require a signature at delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will reschedule delivery.
In the unlikely event a courier delivers without obtaining a signature, full responsibility for any resulting loss lies with the courier. Customers must contact their local DHL or FedEx office directly to file a claim. 510 Auto Group is not liable for packages reported stolen or missing once they have been handed to the courier.
