510 Auto Group Policy
1. Worldwide Shipping:
We use DHL Express , UPS, or Fedex Express for all Stealth Plates (Avg. Transit time: 3-5 business days)
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and tracking information to be updated and sent to you be email.
Customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. If your order exceeds the duty-free limit, you will need to coordinate with your local shipping courier to pay any required fees. (We do not charge any customs or import fees. The shipping fee you pay at checkout covers priority shipping only)
Failure to pay customs duties may result in your package being seized or destroyed by customs. Please note: we do not receive returned items from customs, and refunds will not be issued in such cases. All products are shipped from our warehouse in HK.
Custom Stealth Plates take longer to process, due to printing & drying, before shipping out. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
2. Standard Warranty (Free with Every Purchase)
All Stealth Plate kits include a 1-Year Limited Warranty, valid from the date you receive your product. Extended warranty coverage available here.
What’s covered?
Manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery.
Malfunction during first installation (not due to improper wiring, modification, or physical damage).
What’s not covered?
Damage after installation, accidental damage, wear and tear, improper installation, water intrusion, physical impact, or tampering.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt (or first install), with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description. Valid claims will receive a replacement part or full replacement at our discretion.
3. Returns & Refund
We’re committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. If you experience any issues with your Stealth Plate, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. our team will work hard to resolve the situation quickly and fairly.
Please Note: All Stealth Plate sales are final.
Refunds & Exchanges Are Only Accepted If:
- Your Stealth Plate arrives damaged due to transit, OR
- Your Stealth Plate malfunctions within the 1-year standard warranty period.
If your product meets these criteria, please contact us with your order number, clear photos/video of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll promptly ship you a replacement at no cost, or if you prefer, a refund.
- Do not return any products to us.
- Approved refunds will cover the product cost only (exc. shipping fees)
- We are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by customs during shipping, inspection, or delivery delays. If customs causes damage or loss, please contact them directly for resolution.
No Refunds or Exchanges for:
- Order cancellations, change of mind, or returns for reasons other than transit damage or covered malfunction.
- Fitment issues—please ensure compatibility with your vehicle before purchase. All Stealth Plates Size & Dimensions are listed. Refunds will not be issued for fitment errors.
4. Restricted Items
As regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.
Unfortunately, we do not issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by customs.
5. Errors in Address
If you make an address error on your order, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been processed by the shipping company. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order or if your local post office tries to contact you for address verification and such. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.
6. Customs Seizure
Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions before ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders (including wholesale orders) seized, damaged, or destroyed by Customs.
7. Lost Packages
Although it is rare for international orders to get lost or delayed, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country and depending on the shipping method you chose, international orders can take up to 60 days to clear customs. An international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 60 days from the date of shipment with no proof that it has arrived your country or the country's customs. We encourage you to follow up with your local post office, as we do not contact overseas post office, using the tracking number that was provided by us via DHL Express or Fedex Express. Once a package is in the couriers hands, it's there full responsibility. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact the courier directly and provide them with the tracking number and shipping status.
8. Stolen or Missing Packages
All packages shipped from 510 Auto Group through DHL or Fedex request a signature at delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package(s) at delivery. The courier will reschedule a delivery date/time. If for any reason, unusual, a courier drops off the package at your door without proof of signature. It is their full responsibility to resolve any lost or stolen packages. Once a package is in the couriers hands, it's there full responsibility to request for a signature at the delivery time. In the event your order has been stolen or missing, you must contact the courier directly and provide them with the tracking number and shipping status.
Please contact your local DHL or Fedex office to file a claim.
9. Fraud
Don't even think about it. Our fraud team will catch you, and we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. If you feel that your account has been inaccurately marked as fraudulent, please contact us immediately and we’ll work quickly to sort it out.
10. Violation of laws
Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, fines, or penalties incurred by your order due to a violation of law. Stealth Plates sold at 510autogroup.com are intended for off-road use only such as auto events, track events, photoshoots, and videoshoots. Do not use the Stealth Plates while driving on public roads.
11. Becoming an Authorized Dealer
Want to become an Authorized Stealth Plates Dealer? Easy, and no strings attached! 510autogroup.com provides wholesale discounts with a minimum purchase of 5 plates. You will not be an exclusive dealer. You are allowed to sell the plates at whatever price you want. When placing an order, we require the full payment. Once the payment is received we will ship your order. For all other questions, please email us at 510autogroup@gmail.com.

12. Dropshipping Program
If you have an online business running, but you're not ready to become an Authorized Dealer and hold inventory, No worries. We now provide dropshipping to online businesses. You are also allowed to sell the plates at whatever price you want.
Due to running on Shopify platform, we currently don't have a system to integrate API with your website. Therefore, when a customer places an order on your website, you will have to manually place that same order on our website. We will share with you the shipping & tracking information.

13. Disclaimer
510autogroup.com cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products. However, please note that the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed additional fees. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. By ordering from 510autogroup.com, you agree to our policies above. 510autogroup.com reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
