Coverage Included:

• Control unit failure (no signal/output issues)
• Motor malfunction (non-impact, mechanical failure)
• Minor wiring issues (non-install-related or misuse)
  
• 1 replacement per key component (during coverage period)
  
  

Excludes damages from:

• Belt snapping - Covered with Lifetime Ultra Warranty only!
• Wiring damage from rough or improper installation - Covered with Lifetime Ultra Warranty only!
• Accidents, scratches, dings.
• Voltage misuse or unauthorized accessories
• Misuse, tampering, or DIY modifications
• Water damage from pressure washing or lack of maintenance (e.g. snow salt/mud buildup)

Claim Process:

1. Order number
2. Brief description of issue
3. Attach the following:

• • Photo or video showing the problem
  • Warranty certificate (available for download after purchase)

Our technical team will review your submission. If the issue qualifies under your coverage, we’ll ship out the replacement part or kit free of charge.
